Five to the chest, one to the head—from the holster.
The William Drill is a high-stakes accuracy sprint. It’s a blend of recoil management, fast sight recovery, and one clean transition shot when it matters most. You’ve got six shots to solve the problem—do it clean.

Drill Breakdown:
Start at 7 yards with your pistol holstered. On the beep, draw and fire five rapid rounds into the A-Zone (center mass), followed by a controlled headshot into the upper box of the Fusion Target.
Target: Fusion Target (A-Zone + Head Box)
Range: 7 yards
Start Position: From the holster, concealment or duty
Rounds: 6 per run
Focus: Fast, accurate strings with a precise visual shift under pressure
This drill teaches urgency without sloppiness. It forces you to manage recoil, track sights, and deliver that final, deliberate shot to end the fight.
Pro-Tip:
Don’t let the speed of the body shots ruin the headshot. Anchor your eyes to the upper zone before the gun arrives. Think: fast five, then one perfect break. Recoil management is king—sloppy grip = sloppy headshot.
